Information on Rocky Point Mexico

The New Coastal Highway still has 3 mile of very hard road to develope before it reaches El Gulfo to Puerto Penasco. 3 weeks ago I took a trip from Rocky Point to the end of the New Highway and drove South to El Gulfo. The 30 miles from Rocky Point was great and then the 4 Wheel Drive for the next hour or so was Hell. Then out of nowhere came the highway being built from El Gulfo and we drove the next 20 miles or so to the bar at El Gulfo. We took the long way home back through San Luis as it was getting dark. 3 months to finish was told to us by many workers on the road, but don't believe it. I think maybe by the end of 2008.
